'Why Fionna No Longer Wants To Be A Dragon Hunter'

<sub>This takes place when Fio is younger. And don't worry, no horses were roasted to a crisp in this storyline

Fionna stood there listening as Jalini retold what had happened to her adoptive sire who merely nodded slightly, giving the occassional 'mhmm' as Jalini asked him to keep a better eye on his daughter.

"I promise Fionna will not sneak off to Eriaron and almost become food for the worm dragon again" The stallion finally stated, glancing down at the palomino roan filly though his eyes showed he was overly entertained by the entire thing 'He's laughing at me!' She thought as Izaya bid goodbye to Jalini before turning to face her.

Fionna looked away, unable to look at her adoptive father, though as she looked in a different direction she spotted Marshall.

Izaya seemed to notice the colt, giving an odd smile to his daughter "Next time, try to avoid nearly ending up as dragon food" He'd said it loud enough for the colt to hear, watching as his ears lowered "I'll see you later sweetie" With that, he left his adoptive daughter to face her friend.

"Marshie..."

The colt was no happy. Not one bit and his face showed it. His ears were back some, a scowl on his face.
"DRAGON FOOD!? Fionna the hell!!" He hissed softly as he faced her. "Do you have any idea how worried I was? I just left for a little bit of training and I come back and you're GONE. Eriaron? REALLY!?" he was being rather mean but it was all out of worry. After all she could have died.

"I didn't do any of it on purpose..." Fionna offered softly as she dropped her head and looked at the ground.
"Yeah well..." He felt guilt twist in his stomach a little then. He hadn't meant to come off so mean but she had scared him... "No one wandering off without me..ever." He huffed. "It seems that you just attract trouble otherwise..." He reasoned before edging a little bit closer. There was a pause then as silence settled before he spoke again.

"I'm sorry I snapped...I just....Bunny I could have lost you and you're like...my best friend..." He reasoned as he let his head rest over her back.  Fionna offered a smile then and nodded. She understood.
"No more adventures unless I'm with you...EVER. Okay?" Marshall said as Fio nodded.
"Alright.." She'd try to keep her word at least...</sub>
